Can you move my site from another host?
Yes. We set up the new hosting, migrate the site and its database, and set up automated deployments, usually in a couple of days.
Do I have to host with you to get support?
No. We support plenty of sites hosted elsewhere, including on clients' own servers.
What happens if the site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us within a minute and we get straight on it. If anything takes longer to fix, we keep you updated until it's resolved.
