About the role
We're looking to find a talented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team! This role is fully remote, as is all of our team, so the successful applicant must be an excellent communicator.
This role is multi-faceted and varied so we're looking for somebody with a can do attitude who is keen to learn new skills across the agency.
We're based in Chester so ideally, the applicant would be close by for occasional face to face meetings and would be spending a lot of time with the Client Services Manager side by side initially.

Salary: Up to £25K p/a DOE

What you'll be doing
- Managing a small number of client's monthly support tasks which includes taking briefs, booking work into our schedule, managing them through to completion and supporting the Client Services Manager with regards to handling client accounts
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as:
- Setting up Trello boards and Harvest projects as part of onboarding new clients and for new projects
- Creating project timelines
- Tracking agency logged time for tasks
- Sending out and chasing any unpaid client invoices using Xero (finance software)
- Creating contracts for clients and suppliers based on templates
- Sending out and collating client satisfaction surveys
- Updating and creating Brace Digital literature for case studies such as slide decks and on the Brace Digital website
- Supporting the agency's sales functions by:
- Monitoring external sources for potential client prospects e.g. tender portals and social media
- Contributing towards tender submissions
- Email prospective clients as part of prospects sales journey
- Managing the agencies social media output
- Populating content on clients' websites
- Testing Brace Digital's studio work
- Acting as 1st line support and helping clients to solve CMS based issues
Accountabilities
- Project managing some of our client's monthly support tasks
- Managing and producing the agency's social media output
- Tracking and monitoring client contract renewals
- Tracking and monitoring client invoices and payments
- Managing and keeping up to date agency sales material such as case studies and slide decks

Skills that you should have
- Minimum 1 years digital agency experience
- Minimum 1 years experience in project management/account management role
- Minimum 3 years experience customer facing role
- Strong Microsoft Office suite experience
- Excellent organisation skills

Skills that would be an added bonus
- Project Management qualification such as Prince2
- Experience managing and administering social media
