About the role

We're looking to find a talented and enthusiastic Agency Administrator to join our team! This role is fully remote, as is all of our team, so the successful applicant must be an excellent communicator.

This is a full time role, however part time applications will also be considered for the right applicant. 

We're based in Chester so ideally, the applicant would be close by for occasional face to face meetings.

Salary: Up to £22K p/a DOE
Location: Remote (UK based)

What you'll be doing

  • Setting up Trello boards and Harvest projects as part of onboarding new clients and for new projects
  • Creating project timelines
  • Tracking agency logged time for tasks
  • Sending out and chasing any unpaid client invoices using Xero (finance software)
  • Creating contracts for clients and suppliers based on templates
  • Monitoring external sources for potential client prospects e.g. tender portals and social media
  • Sending out and collating client satisfaction surveys
  • Updating and creating Brace Digital literature for case studies such as slide decks and on the Brace Digital website
  • Populating content on clients' websites
  • Email prospective clients as part of prospects sales journey
  • Testing Brace Digital studio's work
  • Acting as 1st line support and helping clients to solve CMS based issues


  • Tracking and monitoring client contract renewals
  • Tracking and monitoring client invoices and payments
  • Managing and keeping up to date agency sales material such as case studies and slide decks
  • Ensuring that client information is up to date within the agency

Skills that you should have

  • Minimum 1 years experience in similar role
  • Minimum 1 years digital agency experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Super friendly!

Skills that would be an added bonus

  • Experience with Trello or other task management software
  • Experience with Harvest or other time tracking software
  • Experience with Xero or other finance software
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM
  • Project management experience
  • Experience using Umbraco or similar CMS
  • Experience of carrying out client training sessions
  • Experience of testing websites
  • Experience managing and administering social media
